Freedom Suite was born within the Noble Brands Company, a family of companies and franchise brands, such as “ShelfGenie” and “Outback Guttervac.” Freedom Suite was developed due to the lack of high quality service providers that Noble Brands had encountered in the market. After numerous vendor experiences that failed to live up to both Noble Brands’ expectations and those of its respective franchisees, the outsourced functions were brought in-house. Investments were made to develop each into its own best-in-class service.
After achieving high levels of success and transparency with these in-sourced teams, the decision was made to take these same services to other businesses and franchise systems, knowing that they, too, would benefit from the results-driven alignment of a true client-vendor partnership.
